WP is participating in the Love Your Block grant program, an initiative of Cities of Service, founded by NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg & now part of Johns Hopkins Univ. The goal of the Love Your Block is to build stronger neighborhoods thru partnerships w/residents, community grps, neighborhood assoc's to repair, remediate, or otherwise address negative neighborhood conditions.
