County IDA Gives Preliminary OK To Tax Breaks For 2 Developments
One development has been approved by the White Plains Common Council.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — The Westchester County Industrial Development Agency has preliminarily OK'd tax breaks for two developers totaling $5 million, both in White Plains. "City Square," whose developer is Ginsburg Development Companies LLC, could receive $3.8 million in sales and mortgage tax exemptions.
Two Hale Avenue apartment buildings are also on track to get $1.2 million in tax exemptions for Hale WP Owner LLC, the Journal News said.
The Hale project was approved by the White Plains Common Council. "City Square's" application is still being reviewed by city agencies.
