The woman claims others who were disabled were allowed to work from home but she was not.

A probation officer for Westchester County has filed a lawsuit that, despite a disability, she was not allowed to work from home because of her race, gender and age. Karen Stowe Styles, a Yonkers resident, said her supervisors threatened to fire her for taking sick leave for medical treatments.
Styles claimed in a lawsuit that county probation officials had let other employees to work from home who were not African-American, a woman and over 40, the Journal News said.
She is asking for up to $4 million in damages and lawyer's fees.
