Cuddy & Feder LLP announces that Eva Y. David and Brendan M. Goodhouse have joined the firm's White Plains office as associates

Cuddy & Feder LLP is pleased to announce that Eva Y. David and Brendan M. Goodhouse have joined the firm’s White Plains office as associates in its Real Estate and Litigation practices, respectively.

Ms. David is responsible for general commercial real estate transactions such as sales, acquisitions, financing and leases. She joins Cuddy & Feder from Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP’s New York office, where she managed several commercial real estate, construction and landlord-tenant matters. Previously, she honed her skills in the Real Estate practices of Belkin Burden Wenig & Goldman, LLP, Borah Goldstein Altschuler Nahins & Goidel and Wachtel & Masyr, LLP.

Mr. Goodhouse represents clients in all aspects of state and federal litigation, including complex commercial matters, corporate disputes, employment matters, intellectual property disputes, trade secret matters, real estate matters, and appellate work. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Goodhouse worked for the Litigation department of Paul Hastings LLP in New York, where he focused his practice on representing institutional clients in complex commercial matters, and institutions and individuals responding to inquiries or subpoenas from prosecutors, government regulatory agencies, and SROs.
