Donations Needed On 9/11: Blood, Books and Items for The Troops

9/11: Serve + Remember is a community wide day of service meant to pay tribute to the unity and compassion that was shared by the many first-responders, blood donors, and volunteers who came together after the tragic attacks on September 11, 2001. Projects will run at various sites starting Saturday, September 9th and continue through Monday, September 11th.

While there are over 40 meaningful ways you can give back in your community and support local nonprofits as part of this day of service. Please see below for the three drives that will be taking place at the Westchester County Center on Monday, September 11th:

Donate Blood (for ages 16+)

Donate Items For Deployed Soldiers Care Packages (for ages 5+)

United For The Troops

Donate New or Lightly Used Children's Books (for ages 5+)
