The proposed project would involve removal of 13 mature trees, significant excavation and rock chipping, and construction on a steep slope near an active stream. Many residents are concerned that the development could increase erosion, alter stormwater runoff patterns, and negatively affect the surrounding natural environment and neighboring properties.
