On the Streets Where We Lived: A Pictorial Study of African-Americans Living in White Plains, New York from the Beginning of the Twentieth Century

Join us to celebrate the publication of the first book on African Americans living in White Plains. The Library is proud to co-host this program with the Roots of White Plains, Ltd., whose tireless work has produced this pictorial record of the role of African Americans in our community. Books will be available to purchase. Refreshments will be served.
