White Plains Affordable Housing Lottery

Community Housing Innovations and Houlihal Lawrence are hosting a Lottery at 5 Minerva Place on Saturday April 2nd at 2pm. 

The Condominiums at 5 Minerva Place in White Plains are brand new, energy efficient homes with wood floors, stainless steel appliances, Corian countertops, in-unit laundry and geothermal heating and air conditioninge. The complex is located downtown within close proximity to great restaurants, shopping and transportation.

Thanks to grants available under the City of White Plains Affordable Housing Program, prices to qualified first time homebuyers start at $210,000 for a one-bedroom and $250,000 for a two-bedroom.
