The Food Bank for Westchester's Annual 'An Evening in Good Taste' Set for Oct. 22
The event, to raise awareness of childhood hunger in Westchester, features foods from chefs of 26 area restaurants.

Chefs from 26 area restaurants are expected to participate in The Food Bank for Westchester’s 25th annual “An Evening in Good Taste” event to raise awareness of childhood hunger in the county, organizers announced.
The event starts at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 22, at 1133 Westchester Avenue in White Plains.
Expected to attend are local business leaders, members of the philanthropic community and supporters of The Food Bank, among others.

The event will feature a new expanded selection of area top chefs and restaurants. “The exclusive gathering features fine food by top chefs and world-class wines, along with an auction. With a focus on ending childhood hunger, a portion of the proceeds from the event goes directly to support the Food Bank’s children’s programs,” organizers said in a statement.
