Galleria White Plains to Hold Mall-O-Ween, Candy Buy Back Events

A costume contest and trick-or-treating will be features the evening of Halloween.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — The Galleria White Plains will hold its Mall-O-Ween event Monday, October 31 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Organizers said there will be trick-or-treating, a costume contest and face painting.

There are three age categories for the costume contest: 2 to 4, 5 to 7 and 8 to 12.

Participants can also have pictures taken with their favorite characters.

The mall will also buy back trick-or-treat candy after Halloween is over.

Stop by the mall management office between the hours of noon and 7 p.m. Nov. 1-5 and you can get $1 per pound, while supplies last.

The candy that the mall receives from children will be donated to Operation Gratitude.
