Led by 15 points from Kim Hanlon and 12 points and 10 rebounds by Alyssa Ghilardi, White Plains defeated visiting New Rochelle 49-40 in girls basketball Jan. 6.

Tiger grapplers are victorious
One of the great things about high-school sports is when two teams from the same city can go at each other and that was the case when visiting Archbishop Stepinac and White Plains wrestled Jan. 4 with White Plains coming out on top 57-30.
