HEINEKEN USA Executive Anna Linda Marciano Named to '40 Under 40' List

Marciano, assistant general counsel, is a Rising Star, according to The Business Council of Westchester.

Anna Linda Marciano, Assistant General Counsel, at HEINEKEN USA was recently named 2015 “40 Under 40” Rising Star by The Business Council of Westchester.

Marciano, 39, who lives in Rye Brook, New York, is a lifelong Westchester resident who has her roots started in Harrison. Since joining the White Plains-based company in 2011, Marciano has earned her place as one of the most business savvy and creative lawyers that the team has ever had, according to the company. She has been instrumental in providing legal guidance on numerous talent agreements and sports sponsorships, single-handedly taken “legal training” to a new and interactive level, and has helped embed HEINEKEN’s company purpose and has lead several employee workshops in this area. In addition, she is Lead Chair of the WESFACCA Employment Law Advisory Group and recently presented at the 2015 ANA Advertising Law & Public Policy Conference in Washington, DC.

Modeled after the national business recognition program “Forty under Forty” Rising Stars – Westchester’s “40 Under 40” pays tribute to individuals in Westchester who are making their mark in their chosen profession at a young age. This innovative program is specifically designed to acknowledge individuals under the age of 40 who surpass expectation, raise the bar and set new standards for success. Forty young women and men who exemplify leadership, foresight and a vision of the future of Westchester County have been honored each year since 2004.
