College News from Dick Miller

Softball

Kim Angiolillo (White Plains-Good Counsel '09) and the Manhattanville softball team topped Scranton, on the 13th, 3-2, with the left fielder having 1 hit in the game, while in a 3-0 win over Fitchburg State later in the day, she went 0-1 at bat. In a losing 4-2 game with Wisconsin-Stout on the 14th, she went 0-2 in batting, fanned once, and had 1 assist in the outfield.

In a game with Elizabethtown on the 14th, Jamie Klotz (White Plains ‘11) and the Muhlenberg Mules blanked the foes, 9-0, with the outfielder fanning once, and making 1 putout in the field.

In her debut with the Pace Setters on the 14th, Victoria Hernandez (White Plains '11) pinched hit in a 3-2 win over Chowan College, and delivered a clean single through the box and into center field.  In a double header at Fayetteville State on the 17th,
