Jay Michaels Returns to WFAS

Jay Michaels, a fixture on local radio for 20 years before his departure in 2013, has returned to Hartsdale-based WFAS after a two-year absence.

Michaels is now on the FM dial at 94.3 weekday mornings from 5:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.

For 20 years, Michaels was the morning show anchor on 103.9 WFAS. According to Radio and Television Business Report, he was let go by the station in the summer of 2013 just prior to a format change.
