Latimer To Move State Of County Speech Back To BOL Chambers
Robert Astorino moved the speech to a larger venue in 2012.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — New Westchester County Executive George Latimer wants to move the State of the County speech back to the chambers of the Board of Legislators. Previous county executive Robert Astorino moved the speech to the Richard A. Daronco Courthouse in 2012.
Latimer said that holding the event on the legislators’ turf was “out of respect for two separate and col-equal branches of government,” lohud.com said.
No date has been set for the speech.
