Miles, The Prince Restaurant in White Plains Kicks Off Brewer's Dinner

Miles, The Prince, a new culinary gem in White Plains, is excited to announce the launch of its Brewer's Dinner Series. This unique event will commence on Sunday, June 2nd, with two exclusive seatings at 6:00 PM (sold out) and 8:00 PM. Miles.

The Brewer's Dinner Series promises to be a curated and exclusive experience, featuring a four-course menu meticulously paired with house-brewed beers. Guests can enjoy this gourmet dining experience for $85 per person, with a special vegetarian tasting menu available for $75 per person.

Some of the items on the menu will include Potato Pave paired with Otis – a West Coast IPA, sheep’s milk agnolotti with saffron, honey & cultured butter paired with Bo – a classic Saison,
blackened octopus paired with Tig – a Belgian-style table beer, and confit wild mushrooms on the vegetarian menu also paired with Tip.

Executive Chef Alessandro Urbisci has designed this menu to showcase the harmonious relationship between gourmet cuisine and craft brewing. Each course is thoughtfully paired with a house-brewed beer, providing a delightful culinary journey for every guest.
