Plan To Turn AT&T Building Into Apartments OK'd In White Plains

The vote by the Common Council was unanimous.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — The White Plains Common Council gave the go ahead Monday to re-purpose the former AT&T office building on Hamilton Avenue into a luxury rental apartment building.

A floor will be added to the building at the corner of Hamilton and North Broadway and there will be 245 units, according to an article at the Journal News.

Plans are to have studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, a gym, theater and other amenities.
