Presidential Campaign To Open Hudson Valley Field Office

The office will have five full-time staffers and about a dozen volunteers.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — A candidate for the 2020 presidential race will be opening a campaign field office in the Hudson Valley Sunday. The campaign for former mayor Mike Bloomberg will open its first office north of New York City.

The office will be located at 140 Mamaroneck Avenue in White Plains.

According to a spokeswoman, it will be the heart of the campaign's Westchester operation and will host canvassing and phone banking events, voter outreach and other coordinated activities ahead of New York's April 28 Democratic primary.

There will be five full-time staffers and nearly a dozen volunteers working out of the field office.

Scheduled to be on hand for the opening will be Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano, Pound Ridge Town Supervisor Kevin Hansan, Westchester Jewish community leader Martine Fleishman and Mike Bloomberg 2020 New York State Director John Calvelli.

The doors will open to the public at 10:30 a.m. Sunday. The program will begin at 11 a.m.
