The possible motive behind the April 17 shooting death of a man in White Plains was revenge.
Official said Tuesday that the victim of a 2011 shooting by Dominique Hospie was arrested in his murder, according to an article at lohud.com.
White Plains resident Aaron George, 21, was charged with second-degree murder.
