Rice, Carlson to Keynote Westchester Women's Summit on March 19th
A Bevy of Powerhouse Trailblazers to Share Their Wisdom and Advice at This Full Day Conference Geared to Women in the Area
Susan E. Rice, who ably served in the Obama administration as UN Ambassador and National Security Adviser; and noted journalist, author and empowerment advocate Gretchen Carlson will be the two keynote speakers at Westchester Women’s Summit, a full day conference on March 19, 2020 that will bring a powerhouse of inspiring women trailblazers together to share their wisdom and knowledge to affect change. The Summit will be held at the Doubletree Hilton Hotel in Tarrytown, New York. It is expected to attract over 500 attendees.
The Westchester Women’s Summit is the brainchild of Rose Cappa, President of The Event Department, who believed the time was right for women to step up to the plate to bring about positive change. “There are so many ways in which women can be transformational,” she says, “so I thought a conference like this one, populated by outstanding women in various fields, would generate empowerment, growth, and self-discovery.”
She adds that the conference will convene women of all ages and backgrounds and cover many issues of interest to them.

“Despite many advances, women today still crave information about how to raise girls to be strong leaders, how to become active in political and civic life, how to achieve a good work/life balance, how to prepare for the tech economy, and even how to reboot your life if you have to start over. We plan to address those issues and so much more.”
