Rye Woman Charged with Killing Manhattanville Student Back in Court Monday
She faces vehicular manslaughter and drunk driving charges.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — The woman charged with killing a Manhattanville student’s on Oct. 9 was back in court Monday.
Emma Fox still has not posted bail in the amount of $100,000, and the judge adjourned her case until Nov. 1, according to lohud.com.
Robby Schartner, 21, from Fishkill, was walking on Westchester Avenue in White Plains early in the morning of Oct. 9 when he was struck and killed.

Police said Fox, a Rye resident, had a blood alcohol content level of 0.21 percent. She faces felony vehicular manslaughter and driving while intoxicated charges.
