Sharp Again Naturally Held 3rd Annual Sharp Again Soirée

Sharp Again Naturally (SAN) held their 3rd Annual Sharp Again Soirée on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 from 6:30pm to 9:30pm at C.V. Rich Mansion, 305 Ridgeway, White Plains, NY 10605.This year’s Soirée drew close to 150 people, who came out for a wonderful evening of education, awareness, support and most importantly, to learn more about SAN’s mission of using a non-medication approach to preventing, addressing, and possibly reversing memory loss.

“I would like to thank our attendees and sponsors for supporting our Sharp Again Soirée,” said Lisa Feiner, Co-Founder and Sharp Again Naturally Board Chair. “The continued support of our mission will enable us to spread the word that prevention is important and within our grasp if we understand the causes of memory loss and what to do when symptoms first become apparent.”

The evening included a cocktail hour where Mentalist David Levitan entertained guests, live music and dancing, and a silent auction that offered something for everyone. The featured speakers for the evening were Dr. Shanhong Lu, M.D. who spoke about her own experience with memory loss, and Michael Rossato-Bennett, writer and director of the 2014 Sundance award winning documentary Alive Inside, who discussed music’s positive effects on dementia patients. The SAN Board of Directors are excited to share that the organization’s mission is finally getting noticed, and so grateful that this year’s Soirée raised almost three times as much as previous years, which will help with ongoing educational efforts.
