Stepinac's Top Ranked Basketball Team to Hold 1st Media Day
Media Invited to Open Practice and Opportunity to Interview Players Including 5 with Division 1 Offers and Coaches

Stepinac High School and its athletic department have announced its first annual Stepinac Basketball Media Day. On Monday, November 27, Stepinac will welcome all media and reporters to an open practice and an opportunity to meet members of the team and staff. All players and coaches will be available for interview opportunities. Practice that day will be held from 4:30 – 6:15pm and is open to all media members. After practice all players and coaches will be available for interviews.

Semifinal. The team has 5 members with Division 1 basketball offers:
Senior: Alan Griffin, Ossining

Sophomore: RJ Davis, Greenburgh
Sophomore: Matt Brand, White Plains
Freshman: AJ Griffin, Ossining
Other members of the team have Division 1 interest and some members will commit to Division 2 and Division 3 programs by the end
of the season. We ask that you confirm in advance you will be attending this day.
Patrick Massaroni (Class of ’06), Stepinac Head Basketball Coach said, “Media Day is done at the college level and we thought it
would be great to bring it to the high school level. With the team playing in national events and five members of the team with division 1
offers this will givd e members of the media an opportunity to speak to each student-athlete.
