Webster Bank in White Plains Sues over Noise from Crunch Fitness
The bank's lawsuit, filed in state Supreme Court against Heyman Properties and others, is seeking in excess of $3 million in damages.

The Webster Bank at One North Broadway in White Plains has sued its landlord due to the noise created by Crunch Fitness in the same building.
According to The Journal News, the bank claims that workouts at the health club create such a disturbance that windows shake and ceiling sprinkler caps dislodge and pop off, among other issues.
The bank’s lawsuit, filed in state Supreme Court against Heyman Properties and others, is seeking in excess of $3 million in damages and the cancellation of its seven-year lease.
