Mr. Fava’s practice areas include General Civil Litigation, Estate Litigation, Family Law and Divorce, Contested Guardianship Proceeding and Real Property Law.

Prior to Enea, Scanlan & Sirignano, Mr. Fava maintained a private practice representing clients in matrimonial law, family law, real estate closings, and other civil litigation. He received a B.S. in Business Administration from Pace University and a J.D. from the Michigan State University College of Law. Mr. Fava is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. He is fluent in Italian and Spanish.
