Westchester Women’s Agenda Seeks Nominations

For New Corporate Citizenship Award

Westchester Women’s Agenda is seeking nominations for its newly announced Corporate Citizenship: Local Impact Award. The award will recognize corporations in Westchester that have adopted practices and policies to advance equality and reduce inequities for women employees and have made significant contributions to enhance the Westchester community.

The launch of the Award is an outgrowth of the Report on the Status of Women in Westchester produced by the Westchester Women’s Agenda, which revealed significant disparities in the financial, leadership, health and overall social well-being of women in the County.

“We want to recognize businesses that are making inroads to reduce these disparities and improve the lives of women in Westchester,” says Noelle Damico, Co-Chair of the Westchester Women’s Agenda. “When women succeed, our entire community benefits.”
