White Plains finished its season by making the LoHud Hockey Blog's final rankings, placing No. 8 in the Division 1 poll.

County Center Hoops

The semifinals and finals of the Section 1 boys and girls basketball championships at the Westchester County Center in White Plains continue today with semifinal games.

Championship games then will follow on Saturday and Sunday.

Swimming

Captain Ryan Flynn (White Plains '09) and the Baruch men's swimming team competed in the Metro Finale at Rutgers on Feb. 19th, with the freestyle swimmer in four of the relay events.

In 200 Freestyle Relay, the quartet finished 10th, with a time of 1:27.97. They were 7th in the 400 F.R., clocked at 3:14.89 and 11th in the 800 F.R., at 7:39.69. They finished 11th in the Medley Relay, with a time of 3:14.89.
