White Plains Election 2015 Results: Council Seats Decided

Milagros Lecuona, Dennis Krolian and Nadine Robinson were elected to the White Plains City Council Tuesday, according to unofficial results from the Westchester County Board of Elections.
All three held a comfortable margin over fourth-place finisher Anne Encarnacao. The top three are elected.
