White Plains Firefighter Accused of Concealing Evidence in Wrong-Way Fatal Crash
The man who caused the crash was a firefighter as well.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — A White Plains firefighter faces the possible loss of his job over charges he lied to investigators and threw away evidence related to a colleague’s substance-impaired fatal wrong-way crash.
Brian Noonan was accused of concealing crime-scene evidence by throwing away a prescription pill bottle, the Journal News said.
The wrong-way crash involved Erik Refvik, who was sentenced in 2015 to prison in connection with the 2014 vehicular homicide that killed Reyda La Madrid of Port Chester.
