White Plains Man, 22, Arrested on Aggravated DWI Charge
The incident occurred in the early Sunday morning on I-287.
White Plains resident Francisco Humpiri, 22, was arrested by state police Sunday on a misdemeanor charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated, according to authorities.
Humpiri was pulled over by police at about 6:15 a.m. on I-287, and allegedly found to be intoxicated. Police said his blood alcohol content was 0.18 percent, which is above the legal limit.
Police released Humpiri on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of White Plains Court on May 22 at 9:30 a.m.
