White Plains Seniors Told They Must Move Out of Their Home
Owners of the Esplanade on South Broadway want to convert the building to luxury apartments.
Residents of a White Plains senior living complex could soon be homeless if a developer gets its way.
Owners of the Esplanade sent a letter to all residents in November that said they must move out by the middle of next year, according to a report on WCBS TV.
The letter said the 15-story building was going to be converted to luxury apartments.
