Winning Powerball Ticket Worth $100K Sold in Hudson Valley

Lottery officials said there were more than 246,000 winning tickets from the July 30, 2016, drawing.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — A winning ticket for the July 30, 2016, Powerball drawing was sold in the Hudson Valley.

The ticket—worth $100,000—was purchased at the Chestnut Mart at 174 Westchester Ave. in White Plains.

The lucky ticketholder matched four out of five numbers plus the Powerball number and purchased the Power Play option which doubled the earnings to $100,000.

Lottery officials said there were 13 additional winning tickets worth $50,000 sold in various locations in New York.

The winning numbers for the July 30 Powerball drawing were 11-17-21-23-32 and Powerball 05.

One winning ticket for the $487 million jackpot was sold in New Hampshire.

There were a total of 246,544 Powerball winners in New York for the July 30 drawing, according to the NY Lottery.

The winners may claim the tickets at Empire City Casino at Yonkers Raceway at 810 Yonkers Ave, in Yonkers, NY 10704 or any of the Lottery’s Customer Service Centers statewide, including the Lottery’s Fishkill office at 18 Westage Business Center, Hudson Valley Towne Center, Suite 6, Fishkill, NY 12524.
