Teens Responding To Online Ad To Sell Clothes Attacked In W'burg
Two older men punched the 15 and 16 year old and stole $450 worth of clothes the teens had wanted to sell in the meet-up, cops said.
WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — Police are looking for two men who punched a pair of teenagers and stole $450 clothes the teens had hoped to sell.
On Jan. 28 two teenage boys, a 15 and 16 year old, agreed to meet up with two men to sell clothing. The boys had found the men, who agreed to purchase the clothes, in an online ad.
But when the teens showed up to the meeting spot near Kent Avenue and South 9th Street the two men started punching them in the head and torso and took the clothes instead, police said. The clothes were worth about $450.

The two men fled northbound on Berry Street and are described as wearing all dark clothing and are likely in their late teens or early 20s, police said.
The teens declined medical attention.
