Yorktown police checking out a property-damage auto accident June 20 found that one of the drivers, Fatbardh Mushkolaj, was, allegedly, driving with a suspended license.
The 22-year-old Lynbrook NY man also was found in possession of Alprazolam, a controlled substance, and marijuana.
He faces charges of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, seventh-degree possession of a controlled substances, and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was released on $200 bail and is due in Yorktown town court July 21.
