18YO Accused Of Stealing, Using Credit Card
Police charged her with two counts of possession stole property.

YORKTOWN, NY — An 18-year-old Cortlandt Manor woman was accused of stealing and using a credit card at two stores in the Jefferson Valley Mall. Yorktown police did not release her name due to possible youthful offender status.
Police said the woman was charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, felonies.
Around 7:10 p.m. April 15, Yorktown police responded to a complaint about a theft of a credit card from a town residence.

Police said the 18-year-old stole the credit card and found that she used it at Ulta Beauty and H&M in the Jefferson Valley Mall.
The woman voluntarily came to police headquarters May 8, at which time she was arrested.

After she was arraigned, the judge released her on her own recognizance.
She is scheduled to answer the charges in Yorktown Justice Court June 12.
