
YORKTOWN, NY — Two men were arrested Feb. 7 on drug charges in Yorktown.
Police were conducting surveillance at a gas station on Lee Road when they observed drug activity inside a vehicle.
Police said Michael Olsen, 32, of Boonton, NJ, was in possession of a quantity of oxycodone pills.

James L. Davis, 22, of Brewster was said to be in possession of heroin.
Additionally, Olsen gave the officers a fake name and date of birth, police said.

Both men were arrested and taken to Yorktown Police Headquarters for processing.
Olsen was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and false personation, both misdemeanors.
Davis was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Olsen was held pending an arraignment. Davis was released on $100 bail and will appear in Yorktown Justice Court March 7.
