Yorktown police report the arrest of two Turco’s employees who are accused of stealing $164.37 worth of fish from the supermarket on Downing Drive.
One of them, a 16-year-old Yorktown resident, is not being identified by police who say he is eligible for Youthful Offender Status. That can only be granted by a judge.
The other is a 20-year-old Yorktown resident.

Turco’s called police Feb. 27 with a report of an employee larceny. Investigating officers allege that the two defendants had removed an assortment of fish from the store without paying for it.
Police say the 16-year-old had a forged Connecticut driver’s license.

Both are scheduled to appear in Yorktown town court March 26.
