2 Injured in School Bus Accident on Route 202
The mini-bus skidded on icy pavement Monday morning, state police said.

New York State Police investigated a personal injury automobile accident involving a school bus on State Route 202 in Somers the morning of March 16.
Police said the mini-bus, owned by Allways East Transportation of Yonkers, NY, was traveling westbound on State Route 202 east of Brick Hill Road. It skidded on icy pavement, entered the eastbound lane, and was struck by another car traveling eastbound on State Route 202.
The mini bus then struck an earth embankment and rock wall adjacent to the eastbound lane and came to rest partially on the other vehicle.

The bus was occupied by three people, including one student who was uninjured. The bus monitor and the operator of the second vehicle were transported to Northern Westchester Hospital for minor injuries, police said.
