- Jamal Issa, 53, of Mahopac, is due in Yorktown Court July 2 to answer charges of third-degree aggregated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, driving with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, and unlicensed operator, a traffic infraction. Police said Issa had been injured in an accident on East Main Street May 28.
- Lisa Plano, 38, of Mohegan Lake is due in Yorktown town court to answer charges of third-degree aggregated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, plus four traffic infractions: failure to yield, improper plates, unregistered vehicle, uninsured vehicle. Police said she was involved in a car crash on East Main Street at 8:49 a.m. June 3.
