3 Teens Fired Paintballs at Passing Cars: Yorktown Police
One is charged as an adult, the two younger boys face juvenile delinquency charges

Yorktown police were called to East Main Street at 4:45 p.m. June 8 after motorists reported someone firing paintballs at passing cars.
The officers quickly found a 17-year-old and two 15-year-olds in the woods.
The 17-year-old, a Jefferson Valley resident, was charged with felony criminal mischief. He is due in Yorktown town court July 9.

The 15-year-olds, one from Jefferson Valley and one from Mohegan Lake, were charged with juvenile delinquency. They and their parents are due at the Westchester County Probation Department June 23.
One of the cars hit suffered $250 in damage, police said.
