Two 17-year-olds and a 16-year-old face criminal trespass charges after Yorktown police say they were caught on the roof of Lakeland High School about about 10:30 p.m. July 2.
The three, from Mohegan Lake, Yorktown Heights and Putnam Valley, were not identified as police say they are eligible for youthful offender status. Such status can be granted only by a judge.
They are due in Yorktown town Court Aug. 13.
