Accusation Of Theft From Yorktown Kmart

The woman is scheduled to appear in court in October.

YORKTOWN, NY — A Yorktown Heights woman was accused of stealing more than $300 worth of merchandise from Kmart. Police said Cathleen A. Greico, 69, of Yorktown Heights, was charged with misdemeanor petit larceny.

According to the police, around 6 p.m. Sept. 24, an officer responded to Kmart for a report of theft.

The investigation found that Greico stole assorted merchandise from the store valued at $333.48.

She was arrested and taken to police headquarters for processing.

Grieco was issued an appearance ticket and released on her own recognizance.
