A computer check at the scene found that Montgomery's driving privilege in New York was suspended for failure to answer a summons, police said, adding that she was also driving without insurance.

Montgomery was arrested and released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to answer the charges in the Yorktown Justice Court Dec. 9.
