Swiftown Braces for the "Taylor Swift Experience"

The Yorktown Lions have unofficially named the town "Swiftown" for August 9. Get ready for the "Kanin Wren's Taylor Swift Experience," which actually starts at 6:00 PM, but is preceded by events that begin at 4:00 PM.

The SPCA adoption truck - filled with dogs needing a home - will be on the field from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. Be ready to adopt that dog that you have been dreaming  about. Also, food trucks and merchandise vendors will be setting up early. Come early to the concert, and you can adopt, shop, and eat before the main event at 6:00 PM.

Also, there will be a "Swiftie Costume Contest" with prizes awarded during the concert's intermission. Wear your favorite Taylor Swift themed costume, outfit, or t-shirt. This occasion marks the first ever Yorktown Lions' Swifie costume party. Sign up on line for $5 and become part of the fun.
