Caught Smoking Pot in the JV Mall Parking Lot
Yorktown police arrested two teens Feb. 12.
Two teens, one from Yorktown and one from Cortlandt Manor, were charged with misdemeanor criminal possession of marijuana Feb. 12 after a police officer saw them parked in a gray 2005 Toyota at the Jefferson Valley Mall.
Police allege the two men, one 17 and one 18, were openly smoking marijuana.
They are due in Town Court March 12.
