Cooler Air, Little Rain: Yorktown's Workweek Weather

SOMERS, NY — After a muggy weekend and and stormy Monday, the Hudson Valley is facing quieter weather for the rest of the work week, according to the National Weather Service. Things are predicted to settle down for the most part with seasonal temps until the end of the week.

There is a chance of showers on Wednesday, with a slight chance of a thunderstorm for the northern most parts of the mid-Hudson Valley.

And showers and the possibility of thunderstorms comes back Thursday night into Friday.

Some thunderstorms may produce heavy rainfall after midnight. Lows in the upper 60s. South winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph, becoming southwest around 5 mph after midnight. Chance of rain 90 percent.
