Cops Charge Carmel 21-Year-Old with Attempted Burglary
He was sent to Westchester County Jail without bail.
Ryan McCullough, 21, faces a felony charge of attempted burglary in connection with an incident at a residence on Saw Mill River Road.
Police dispatched to 2070 Saw Mill River Road at 2:48 p.m. March 31 said they saw McCullough running away; after their investigation they alleged that he had kicked and attempted to pry open a door there in an attempt to steal property.
McCullough was arrested at 4:33 on Underhill Avenue, police said.

He was sent to Westchester County Jail without bail and is due in Yorktown court April 7.
