Cortlandt Manor Woman Accused Of Driving Without License
Police said there was also an active bench warrant from another community for the woman's arrest.
YORKTOWN, NY — A Westchester woman was accused of driving without a license after being reported for possibly breaking some traffic laws. Yorktown police said Keri A. Yeagley, 38, of Cortlandt Manor, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and suspended registration, misdemeanors.
Police said, around 6 p.m. Friday, an officer was sent to the area of East Main Street in Mohegan Lake because of a complaint about a car committing vehicle and traffic law violations.
The car was located and a traffic stop was conducted.

Yeagley was the identified as the driver and the owner of the car.
Police found, after a check with the DMV, that she was driving while her privilege to do so was suspended.

Yeagley was arrested and taken to the the Yorktown Police Department for processing.
She was issued traffic tickets and released to the custody of the Briarcliff Manor Police Department which had an active bench warrant for her.
Yeagley is scheduled to appear Sept. 9 in the Yorktown Justice Court.
