CT Man Accused For Driving Under Influence Of Drugs
Police also said the man was in possession of crack cocaine.

YORKTOWN, NY — A Connecticut man was arrested after an accident ended with a vehicle on its side. Yorktown police said Jacob N. Foster, 27, of Nashville Road in Bethel, CT, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and seven-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors.
Police said they were sent to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Old Yorktown Road around 8 p.m. May 21. There were reportedly injuries and a vehicle was on its side.
An investigation found Foster was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while impaired on drugs, and he was in possession of a quantity of crack cocaine, police said.

He was arrested and released on $250 bail to a responsible party.
Foster is due back in Yorktown Justice Court May 29.
