Development Plan at Somers-Yorktown Border Revived
The plan calls for four buildings near where Route 6 narrows, the Somers Record reports.
YORKTOWN, NY — A developer who owns 18 acres on the north side of Route 6 at the Somers border is dusting off old plans, the Somers Record reports.
The owner, Zat Construction, wants to subdivide and construct four buildings for a combination of office, medical and retail use between Whispering Pines and Navajo Fields.
The property is zoned for industry and the plan has been reviewed by the town Planning Board several times in the past, the paper reported.
